1. Theme Licensing & Usage
All wordpress themes are released under the GNU general public license v2.0. They can be purchased with a Single/Multiple or Developer License. To remove the link to divThemes from the footer, you'll have to purchase an additional Link Removal Addon.

2. Delivery
After a successful purchase through through our payment processor (Clickbank or Paypal), you will either be automatically redirected to e-junkie for digital delivery of the theme. You will be presented with a link to download a .zip file containing the theme and all related files.

In an unlikely even where the product is not delevered, please contact us and we'll resolve the issue.

Note: We do not supply invoices for purchase. Clickbank/PayPal has the option to print out the invoice upon successful purchase and we suggest doing so for your records.

3. Refund Policy
Our themes are non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods and we do not issue refunds after a purchase has been completed. You are responsible for understanding this term before purchasing one of our products.
